Fits perfectly when I followed the sizing recommendations from reviewers. Read the reviews. I bought a size 14 for my wife (who usually wears medium to large tops) and it fit her perfectly. I love the ruffle in front and especially the lace at the sleeve cuffs and collar. The fabric is beautiful, soft, and silky. She got a lot of compliments when she wore it to church with a pencil skirt and short woolen jacket.EDIT: Two months after I bought this, it is still my wife's favorite blouse.

This is a very nice, frilly blouse with lace details on the collar and cuffs. The fabric is smooth and satiny. It is a very nice quality. I am 5'4", 134 pounds. 34" bust, 31" waist. I usually wear a size M or a 10 dress. I ordered a 1XL and it fits perfectly. The quality is good. Round plastic, pearl buttons. You could wear it to the office, theater, dinner, school, church with a skirt or pants. I am very happy with this blouse. It arrived quickly. 1-2 weeks.

I purchased this to wear as part of my matador costume for Halloween, as I needed a fitted shirt with ruffles (preferably). I went according to the size chart, being that I'm a 34DDD, I selected size XXL which equates to size 10. I found the fit to be large overall in the trunk, and the sleeves were too short for me. For reference, I'm 5'9", 145lb. I would re-order in a smaller size, but the sleeve length would still be an issue.It's not a horrible shirt, just not for me.

For many -- this is a pure and simple work blouse -- for me, its a little bit of everything. Work blouse. Date night top. Victorian Cosplay staple and quite possibly, part of a future Prince ensemble (I have this in black, but a white one with the right jacket would slay). Super soft and shiny satin, thicker than most satins and nice and comfy. Very romantic and sensual. I envision wearing it buttoned up (for the full effect) and with the top two buttons undone for something more casual. I am 5'8", athletic build, with a 42 bust and the largest size fit just right -- perhaps a bit snug, not enough to be a deal breaker. Arms do run a tad short, but most lean women should not have a problem.

Beautiful top for work! It almost had a regal feel and I adore the little lace detail on the cuffs! Such a nice touch! The fabric is a good weight and the craftsmanship is excellent! For reference, I am 5'4", 152lbs, 36B and wear a medium top. I ordered a US10, which is 2xl Asian for this brand and it fits perfectly! Cannot wait to pair it with a pencil shirt or pants! We are using this blouse as part of an Angelica costume for a Hamilton skit. My daughter usually wears a size Small top in Juniors, sometimes Medium if it's cut really small. The sizing guide for this blouse said that the Medium equates to a Size 4. I would say that is accurate. It wasn't too big or too small on my daughter. Pay attention to the bust measurements in the sizing chart, and I don't think you can go wrong. It is a very pretty blouse and seems to be well made.
