This item does not seem to be powering up the Yamaha P120 for which it is designed. The problem may be with the piano. If I can discover that the problem is with the adapter, I'll be sending it back.I just took the adapter to a local Yamaha keyboard retailer. The clerk immediately noticed that the internal pin in the input jack is not compatible with the P120 keyboard. He explained that the jack would not be making contact with the P120 when plugged in. I'm sending this one back.

It works perfectly and has 3 prong cord.
It works perfectly. And also to my surprise it is a 3 prong cord, which in my mind is better then the 2 prong setup with the original.
