This really works to calm my mind and allows me to fall asleep fast. If I wake up during the night, which now I don't nearly as much, then I just roll on a little more, breathe in a few times and fall back to sleep. I am now averaging 7-8 hours of sleep a night, which is amazing for me! I would definitely recommend this product to calm racing minds at night, like mine.

This stuff is amazing! I roll it on my temples & wrists right before bedtime & I use the pillow spray also. It relaxes me & the aroma helps me drift off to sleep quickly. I love these products & wont be without them anymore!!

This does work! Gets you relaxed and helps you get to sleep. So glad I can use this and not take a sleep aide. The rollerball goes a long way and helps keep you from over using.

I have like super chronic sleep issues so I didn’t expect this to magically solve thirty years of anxiety and insomnia, but it didn’t NOT work- I use it before bed and honestly just the ritual of putting it on is nice. It’s like training my system to know that when I smell that, it’s time to relax. (My cat seems to like it too- like a Pavlovian tool to indicate it’s bedtime)

I really wanted to like this product … and more importantly … wanted it to work. Alas, I got no help from this sleep aid. I’ve had other ThisWorks products in the past, and liked them a great deal. But this one … not so much. I found the aroma to be a bit overwhelming and unpleasant. It was a combination of essential oil fragrances that didn’t seem to mesh together. More importantly, it had no effect on my sleep. Additionally, the odor of the product remained after a long, hot morning shower. That was annoying as well. Disappointed.

My bf had terrible anxiety and often couldn't sleep. This helps soooo much. A miracle.
