THISWORKS Deep Sleep Breathe in, Natural Roll-On Sleep Aid and Tension Relief, 8 ml

Bought my first spray from this brand years ago at TJ Maxx, and have loved it sense. I don’t use it too often, but I notice I feel calmer getting into bed and wake feeling more rested. BUT, on a typical night I’m out the second my head hits the pillow, so I can’t speak to whether it helps with insomnia. Even the travel sized ones last me a lot longer than I thought they would, but I don’t use them consistently, so I’m sure that helps. The sent isn’t too strong of an essentials oils blend for me, which I like, but it does resemble them if that’s really not your thing. I think it fades well, so I don’t feel like I’m tasting or swimming in it when I spray my pillow/sheets once or twice.

This is great stuff that works for me. Its spendy but worth it. Considering the price you would think packaging would be more secure. I have ordered this many times however this time product leaked into package. Not sure why this time (?).

I have had the pillow spray and a small roll on that I received in a hotel stay. Both of those had a real nice smell. This one smells old or something. The bad smell calms down after awhile and it gets better but it just seems weird.

Love this high quality lavender oil. It's the best I've come across. Roll it on my wrists & temples & instant relaxation. It's well worth the price.

This really works to calm my mind and allows me to fall asleep fast. If I wake up during the night, which now I don't nearly as much, then I just roll on a little more, breathe in a few times and fall back to sleep. I am now averaging 7-8 hours of sleep a night, which is amazing for me! I would definitely recommend this product to calm racing minds at night, like mine.

This really is a great product. I bought these for xmas gifts. Plus 1 for me. I went back on line to see if I can buy a bigger size. I will purchase again. I love the smell and the value is worth every penny
