I give it high stars because it does do its job. It helps we’ll for pain under the skin from lymphatic fluid due to lipedema. I must warn people though that it is very dehydrating. It is a diaretic, but when taken many days in a row; you need to drink plenty of water. I take mine as night and I can’t even swallow when I wake up from dry throat. Also, should be taken with food.

I suffer from the immune dysfunction of RA and have found over the years that this particular brand of burdock root is most calming to my system for anxiety and pain that I have tried and recommend it if like me you cannot tolerate the dangerous drugs normally prescribed for this condition.
