Don't be fooled by all those seals on the labeling, like I was. They offer no real explanation about what is in those capsules. You should see something like this, "beta-glucan content: 35%." Also, it should say if it's an extract and give you a ratio of that extract, like 1:1. Lastly, Red reishi is the reishi you want. Some nootropic companies sell it for a decent price.The more they tell you about their product, the more you can trust them.

The difference is subtle, but unmistakably positive...
I had not been feeling well for a few weeks, so when Clif High mentioned the positive effects of Reishi 'shrooms during a recent interview, I knew I had to give them a try. I have been taking them with food as directed for about 2 weeks. Now I'm aware that all illness begins in the mind, and my mind is what seems to be improving; I have not consulted my doctor about my illness, but as I am feeling more positive and clearer mentally, I expect to find whole health during my usage of Reishi. Great on line service made this a no brainer.
