This is a very very good book for the age of around 10 -12 year old's. Dependent on a child's ability and nature it would be suitable for children younger than this. Easy to read, interesting short stories with illustrations. Would be an ideal present for most boys. There is a message in each story, important facts of life to learn, achievements to attain. This book was bought with our grandson in mind, he may be a bit young for it now, but I am sure it will give him a lot of pleasure in the future. Although it is written for boys I think a lot of girls would find it good as well. With the stories being short it does not take long to read each story in one read. Large print and written in a modern way. All in all a very good book. Highly recommended.
