I bought this because I purchased the heatable eye mask, and that was very helpful to me. This heating pack does not effectively heat up in the microwave within 2 mins. It takes longer to heat but loses heat more quickly. Also I can't heat it for too long according to the instructions. This is much less useful than I thought it would be.
