Perfect fit for HBX 16889 / Redcat Volcano-16
My son wore out the stock ball joints on his volcano-16 in under 3 weeks. It didn't make since to order factory replacements that would also fail quickly. These are a perfect fit and look to be decent quality. They aren't super smooth, but better than the stock plastic one. Time will tell how they last. I'll update if they fail earlier than I think they should.

Worth the money
Got a set that looks very similar for half the price and they bent like butter on the most basic hits, I switched to these and have flipped multiple times as high as 60mph and they are still good as new.

All looks no function
Nope. Keep on lookingMetal balls on the end will catch imperfect edges. And these aren’t made to perfection.Good for a shelf queen but if you run your RC then you should just stick with the plastic onesI’ve owned mine for awhile now and have never dared to install them. I kept them for filler. Makes my rc tool box look more full

M2.5 size ball joint holes. If your car has M3 size holes then these won’t work.
Add did not specify the hole size of the ball joints. They are 2.5 mm. It came with screws but can’t find nuts that fit or longer screws. Very high quality though. I can’t use them.

Great for a custom steering project
I used this to creat a custom steering linkage for a 2005/2006 1:6 Tumbler Batmobile (one on each side, like in the movie), This is strong enough the turn the car at speed and had enough length range to dial in the alignment and connect to new servos, thanks!

does not fit front of 959
be prepared to have to modify the ones you use on front I had to cut about a 1/4 inch off of them to fit. they work great once installed.

Beautiful and solid replacement for 1/18 stock linkage!
Exactly what I need for my mini recon to replace the easy-to-pop ball linkage. Now I need some glue to lock the screw or car vibration will let them screw/rotate freely and change the length of it. It would be nice if the screw can be locked so the length stay the same.
