THE UNIT /TRANSMITTER WAS NOT COMPATABLE WITH MY OLDER BENINCA GATE OPENER / FREQUENCY IS RIGHT HOWEVER ROLLING CODE IS NOT CORRECT/ I HAVE A TO.GO.-A /AFTER I CONSULTED A AGENT OF BENINCA I FOUND OUT THE ONE THEY SENT ME//TYPE TO.GO-WV WAS NOT COMPATABLE WITH MY GATE /MOTOR CIRCUIT BOARD/ I THOUGHT THEY WOULD SEND ME THE CORRECT ONE HOWEVER THEY DID NOT// THEY SHOULD HAVE STATED IN THERE AD WHAT CIRCUIT BOARDS/SYSTEMS ARE COMPATABLE WITH WHAT THEY ARE ADVERTISING SO AS CUSTOMER KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE GETTING

Product was not as advertised. A lot of headache and trouble with no assistance from the Vendor.
Ordered 10 remotes, TO.GO - WV, received 10 remotes, TO.GO - VA.If you could not fill our order with the product described, then you should of contacted us and let us know. Knowing you were sending us an item which needed fiddling with to program you should of enclosed detailed instructions. According to Beninca, the WV remotes are no longer available and are now replaced with the VA models. Programming is not the same, we still have not gotten these 10 remotes to work with our current system. It is very frustrating and costly.
