Q: Hi, i have a small round whole in the lid, and no clear cap privided, which is shown in the picture. Surely i cannot use without?

The question is not quite clear, but I will like to say that mine has a plastic black lid aswell, with a small hole in it. I want to assume the hole is to release pressure while blending. I will be pleased to respond if there any question with respect to the item.

Q: Why is the delivery date one month even though it’s prime

Good evening, I am not sure why its marked up like that but delivery is usually dispatched the following day for a two day service.

Q: Do you have to press and hold the button to blend or does it only need one single press? i saw others where u press & hold (if you let go it stops?)

It has three options, one is pulse which you have to keep it pressed or speeds 1 and 2 which you don’t have to hold !.
