This is the training book you are looking for.
I read a couple pages of this phenomenal training guide a few years ago and could never remember the name of the book. This is it guys, just buy it. If you want it, it's in here: self assessment, warm ups, mobility, flexibility, weight loss, antagonist, stabilizer, core, limit strength, power, endurance, local and generalized aerobic, program design, special consideration, nutrition, workout recovery, injury prevention, anatomy, cycle charts, etc.....It's all here, just buy this one and then the other one you're looking at instead of going through 6 titles before finding this one like me.

As a "formerly advanced" climber who is trying to get back into a healthy regimen after a year or two off, this book was excellent review of some obvious components of active practice that I'd forgotten in my rush to get back to my old level of climbing. Horst continues to be the best when it comes to training guides. Cannot recommend this book (or any of the others) enough.

Useful Information
I've been climbing for about a year. This book provides a lot of fundamental techniques for things such as warmup and antagonist training. It's easy to get overzealous when it comes to training but the book gives you keys to build a strong foundation and helps you identify what your already doing right. I will be applying the information to my training.

Completo e ben fatto.
