What is the minimum length this strap can be adjusted to?

Does this come with a strap button like in the picture?

Not that I recall. My guitar already had required buttons so I didn’t need it anyway. I don’t recall picks being included either. The description only mentions a strap and that is all I received. That pic is a bit deceiving!

So is this strap actually light blue or is it purple? Looks purple in the photos. Thanks.

Like Patrice said, bout an inch n a half BUT, it's anywhere from 3 to 6 feet wide....
