Great!
Tastes like a McDonald's milkshake. Love the Vanilla and Strawberry. Really. Keeps you full. Everyone always asks me about these, they are great. Usually buy them at Target when they are on sale, but ordered them since I wouldn't be able to get to Target before I ran out. They are only 100 calories. The ones I ordered online, were the same ones I get in the store.

Beware of the high price
I did not realize that the Amazon offer contained only 2 of the 4-pack shakes. The product was OK, but unusual for Amazon, the pricing was at least 3 time what it should have been, certainly 3 times my previous order from Amazon. Be careful about reading all the details of the offer.

Not as tasty as Atkins
I recently ordered the chocolate fudge and french vanilla flavors of EAS AdvantEDGE Carb Control ready to drink shakes, after Amazon stopped offering subscribe-and-save on the Atkins shakes that I had been enjoying for several months. The EAS shakes are a little cheaper, but the flavor isn't nearly as good as the Atkins shakes. They taste more artificial than I'm used to, and have kind of a strange aftertaste. Also, the pictures on the product page indicated that the French Vanilla flavor had 1 g net carbs, and that the Chocolate had 2 g net carbs. When I received the items, the packaging was different -- apparently they now have "new better taste!" which equates to higher carbs. The french vanilla is now 2.5 g net carbs and the chocolate is 3 g. Both have 17 g protein.Basically, they're OK, and I'll probably keep ordering them since they're such a convenient breakfast, but I'll also keep my eye out for good deals on the Atkins ready-to-drink instead.

Watery and gross
I was attracted to this shake b/c the nutritional info is great. But it tastes watery and empty. Switching to another shake type.

Vanilla was good
I went on the Ideal Protein diet and although it was working for me it was expensive! So I tried to see what I could supplement it with other things to save money. I found these and tried them. I liked the vanilla though it was more watery than IP's version. I liked the vanilla better than the chocolate.

Perfect way to up protein content of any smoothie w/out adding loads of calories
ETo be clear, each indivudal shake is 100 calories for a total of 4 shakes. The listing used to make that more clear. So, the entire 4 pack equals 400 calories but is FOUR servings. To make a better meal out of this my wife adds this plus a scoop of the Jarrow Formulas Whey Protein, French Vanilla, 2 Pound Protein powder plus some strawberry puree she has de-seeded by pushing it thru a sieve and it's under 250 calories plus 34 grams of protein. She adds ice or freezes the de-seeded strawberry puree for a frosty treat. We order 4 different flavors of EAS Carb Control every month on Subscribe & Save plus a carton of Jarrow almost every month for the extra 15% off. She loves this as an easy protein rich meal. If it's not sweet enough for you, you can always order the Hard Rhino Pure Sucrolose powder ( about 1/10th the price of splenda per serving), make you own Sucralose liquid in an eye-droper and add 1 tiny drop of sweetener. Hard Rhino products are made to order and available here on Amazon. SImply search on Hard Rhino Pure Sucralose. These Protein "shakes" are very helpful for pre-diabetics or anyone trying to watch their Carb intake. Amazon's price via Subscribe and Save is about half of what you'd pay at a Mass Market retailer ( a big box store) and maybe a 3rd of what you'd pay at a grocery store. Since my wife can also get low blood sugar headaches, we keep 2 of these individual sized shakes in an insulated lunchbag plus a squeezee applesause in case we get stuck in traffic on the freeway or are out for a day trip and can't find a quick healthy snack. 1 of these shakes is 100 calories and 17 grams of protein. So, it follows that a 4-pack of shakes will equal 400 calories total. One shake all by itself usually enough to help her stay level but in a real emergency, the little single serve applesuace squeezee pouch will help her faster but she adds the protein drink to prevent a crash.Whether you drink these alone or use them as a base for smoothies, they are handy to keep around the house and keep with you on the go.

Great protein shake for fruit smoothies!
I was looking for a shake that was both low in calories and high in protein, and this product was both! I love the vanilla flavor, and always blend it in with various frozen berries. It is really sweet, but I love that it makes smoothies taste like vanilla milkshakes without adding any extra sugar!

Nasty taste
Has a bitter undertone and a chalky texture. It tastes about like an artificially vanilla flavored protein powder mixed in water. I tried several different brands of pre-mixed vanilla protein shakes and there wasn't much difference in taste between them. I've had to go to unflavored that I add my own sweeteners and flavorings to.
