It is worth the money, I have been using it for about a month now. No issues and makes a ton of shaved ice. I have made lots of snow cones as well. Worth the purchase, would highly recommend!

This shaved ice like you want it to. It’s great for making snow cones. Works fast. The process is a little messy, but I guess that is to be expected, and it’s only a little melting ice.Decent size for family or party use. Probably not for commercial use. Seems well built.

We bought this for my son for Christmas and because it was cold weather, we just opened yesterday and plugged in. It's not coming on and now it says return window is closed. I don't know what to do?
