I can hear the people that I am speaking to, but no one can hear me. I have tried to adjust it and fix the problem, but it cannot be fixed. I have to hold the item up to my lips and still my voice is low. I have tried everything every time I tested the volume it is like a 2 or 4, never really gets past that no matter what I do. Smh

First of all the speaker quality is very good. Issue comes with mic. The other side can't hear me after I talk for more than 5 seconds and later the sound comes back. Essentially makes it unusable for office work from home.

I really wanted a speaker that could serve as a mic so that I could use it instead of a headset. Technically, it worked. But no matter where I put it, no one could reliably hear me and I ended up holding it in my hand, which defeated the whole point.I do still use it occasionally, but not nearly as often as I would if it worked well.

Worked fine for about a month then while on a conf call was told my voice was inaudible. I missed the window to return.

The speaker is good but the microphone is disappointing. You need to be close to the unit to be heard well. I tested the microphone and even talking loudly at a foot from the unit, it only registered about 35%. This wouldn’t work with a number of people sitting around a table.
