軽量で扱いやすい汎用性の高いカラビナです。ビレイデバイスや下降器の接続などに使いやすく、オールラウンドに使用できます。開口幅も十分あり、ロープや器具の取り付けがスムーズです。スクリューロックの操作性も良好でかつ私の好きな穴も開いている。グローブ着用時でも比較的回しやすい印象です。重量もそれほど重くなく、登山やクライミングなどの装備軽量化を意識する用途にも向いていると思います。ただし、堅牢さや重量感のある安心感はやや少なく、レスキューや常設支点など高荷重・長時間のリギング用途では少し頼りなく感じる場面もあります。また、オーバル形状ではないため、プーリーなどの器具との相性は用途によっては調整が必要です。総合的には、一般的なビレイ、下降、自己確保などの幅広い用途に適した標準的なカラビナですが、重荷重用途よりは日常的なクライミング向けという印象です。
