Item arrived in a very well packaged box. Instructions were easy to follow and it came with all the necessary screws and screw covers, which is a nice touch. We are using this unit as a room divider as it lets the light in but would be equally good of course as bookcase against a wall. People have commented on how great it looks. It’s really well made and has a slight textured finish which adds a bit of class, rather than the usual cheap finish you usually get. Once secured to the wall its sturdy and we couldn’t be more happier.

I was so close to buying a Kallax room divider cube bookcase from IKEA but their delivery price and waiting time put me off then I found this!!! Its brilliant. We got 3 and with quick and free delivery which still totalled less than IKEA's!Assembly was easy peasy. Its sturdy, its tall, its slim (slimmer than IKEA Kallax which is a bonus) . Its modern, you can choose which end you want against the wall. I'm over the moon with it. Makes a huge difference to the room and we now have a cosy tv nook.Buy this if you're looking for an alternative to curtains/screens/Ikea's Kallax

I intended to buy a tall, narrow IKEA Billy bookcase at £25. However, IKEA are charging £40 delivery for a single item. This was a functional yet elegant alternative from Lillyvale, delivered earlier than expected. It arrives very well packaged and protected. All you need for assembly is a Philips screwdriver (not an allen key). I recommend an electric screwdriver with torque adjustment to ensure speed without damage to the chipboard. Instructions are easy to follow and self-evident, really.Just one niggle (hence 4 stars, not 5), one of the pieces was missing 2 pilot holes. Not everyone buying this item would have the tools to hand to rectify this.

Got the item 2 days earlier than projected delivery date when I ordered it. It came well packaged with no scratches/damages to any pieces while in transit.Love the look of it and find it well made and sturdy. Amazing price really! But will admit that putting it together was a challenge simply because it is six tiers high and I put it together on my own. Def carve out some time to put it together as it took me well over an hour.

The bookcase arrived on time and was very well packed. It is easy to assemble as it involves mainly just screwing shelf to shelf with side panels. I usually get my daughter to help with self assembly items but this was so easy to do by myself and I am NOT a confident putterer togetherer. Every piece was numbered and the instructions were easy to follow. Asseble it laid flat on the floor then lift it up to put in place.The quality is good, surface is not a flat melamine white but is a wood grain effect.Looks great in my lounge and not too imposing in the room due to the open aspect.Very pleased.

Missing screws, only half delivered, had to use sturdy brackets to fix to the wall as tipped very easily and bracket supplied did not seen strong enough , but the products value was what I expected for the price.

Daughter bought this for her room, nice fit, not sure it would look right outside a bedroom setup, but thats just personal opinion

Finally got my stuff out of boxes and on some shelves. Exactly as described, fairly easy to put together and all pieces were numbered. Does have a bit of a wobbly but that's more because I can't affix it to the wall and the skirting board is in the way. Overall good product and makes the room seem bigger.
