The main difference is what they are compounded with to make the mineral microdose (aka cell salt). We use organic beet sucrose which is unprocessed, vegan, and a traceable ingredient. Our cell salts take up to a minute to dissolve in the mouth, not instantly like cell salts with lactose, magnesium stearate, and other fillers. I have never heard of gluten in any of the tissue salts, sometimes lactose but never gluten
