The Sof Sole Athlete Insoles are the only insoles that I use when I play badminton.As someone who was playing three times a week or more, my foot was starting to ache with the original badminton shoe insoles. I tried a few other brands, most of which were more expensive, but I didn't find that it helped too much until I tried these ones. The small gel heel is soft enough to provide comfort but stiff enough to provide stability without sacrificing explosiveness.I'm on my fourth pair now, as I replace them at the same time as when I replace my badminton shoes.

Realmente estoy un poco decepcionado con las plantillas.Esperaba algo más de acojinmiento especialmente en el área de tacón. El tamaño es exacto como pedí y no resbalan, rollin ni se muevan en mis tenis.Voy a seguir buscando algo que realmente amortigua en el área del tacon.

it does what it described , fits into the shoes without any problem, didnt even need to cut the sides or anything. I was buying this for outdoor run , before this product my original Nike sole had already worn out . Bought a coconut with wool sole ,however it didnt give much feedback during the run.The first thing I noticed for this sole, is that it feels like a floaty lift during my walk, both jump and run not just it's very responsive feed back, I noticed the distance of each step actually increase.would recommend and 100% going to buy again.

My husband loved these inserts. Perfect fit and helped him with being on his feet all day. Plenty of padding and not easily worn down.
