I am unable to load the staples that came with the gun..I am unable to close the magazine.

I had great difficulty loading the staples. The instructions are entirely inadequate. The more serious issue for me was that the nailer simply won’t work, firing nails sporadically if at all.

What is the shortest brad I can use?

An adaptor to connect from the air compressor thread fitting is also needed to meld with the quick connect. Why is this not included. Recommendation?

It hooks up with a basic coupler that you can get anywheres Very cheap, I believe they assume if your buying this air tool that you have this connection 👍 My opinion

Good and reliable

Very good, work fine on my 5L tiny regulated compressor on 9psi. It will be better if opening the top was made by quick latch instead of 3 hex screws.
