After mounting started getting a squeak sound. I had to add a couple of felt pads. Seems good bow.

The outer construction is about as heavy as it could be without turning the product into an anvil. The draw slides are also heavy duty and seem to support a good deal of weight. I would buy the unit again.

If you are looking for a quality storage locker for the rear of your Jeep, this will fit that need. The finish is similar to Jeep factory Steel bumpers. The latch is heavy duty, and adjustable to create a tight and quiet fit when closed. The entire unit is heavy. Nobody is going to reach in and walk off with it. I had to purchase different bolts to attach it to the factory tie down points in my JK, but that wasn't an issue. There are metal dividers inside that will rattle if not modified in some way. I removed them so it wasn't an issue for me. I use it to store sensitive items for my job. I would tell you exactly what those are, but Amazon flag the review. They already did once. So lets just say it holds the item that fits in my hand, and the long one that I put up to my shoulder with no issues. The top has a nice, heavy mat that keeps things from sliding around.
