I tried these on the bellababy double electric breast pump flanges. I’m not sure if they fit the spectra cups, but I feel it’s worth the try.

Yes! These have helped with the Elvie so much!

Q: Are these compatible with the willow?

Yes. I bought 17 and 15 inch inserts to try with my willow. The 15 inch ones fit better in the 21 inch flange. The 17 fit great in the 24 inch flange. Ended up using the 17’s. Was a game changer for me! No mii I really pain. Check out the Willow face book users group for tips on fit...this is how I learned about inserts.
