It's pretty amazing! Very effective. This facial roller makes my face feel alive. It also feels great on my neck. Much cheaper and more effective than going to an acupuncturist!Highly recommend! I accidentally purchased this product but am glad I did...I personally could feel relief. I decided to gift to my mother for Christmas and she was very excited. My only reason for giving 4 stars is that nearly all of the directions and packaging is in Russian. I'd like to have real directions, in English so I can get the most out of the product, make sure I'm doing it right et. It comes with a body figure and arrows and charts showing you what to do with certain ailments you may have. More specific directions would go along way for newbies to the whole acupuncture world like my mom and myself

Still learning to work with this regularly, but so far so good. If you understand the intended use and the dynamics of acupuncture, energy treatments, and the mechanics of moving facia...this is a handy tool for self treatment.I use this and cupping to supplement my acupuncture and PT treatments.

I think if it is used daily this would improve skin but I get bored with using it quite quickly.

This little roller is awesome on your skin and face. At first it was kind of weird with the little tiny pins in the roller head, but now I luv it! Helps to relieve tension in your face, your forehead and including your jaw if you have a little TMJ. It is great to roll on your skin if you have an itch and do not want to scratch. Any little tension on your face and arms roll away, it feels nice.

You have to be careful with this, you can't press hard but it definitely helps tired and aching spots

I absolutely love this product!! I am very impressed it relieves great tension that's built up in my shoulders and neck I would definitely recommend this product! I am interested in looking into other products that this company provides!
