This is a really nice TV, and at a great price. Easy to use, setup is intuitive -- don't even need to read the user manual. A plus is that it's antenna input is a standard F59 coaxial, so you can plug it right into an existing antenna or cable lead. Picture is great, sound is okay. I'm considering buying a second one.

a good solid piece of electronics. picture very good. easy set-up. works with 110v or 12v as you wish. have not used sound yet so no comment there. over-all i give it a 8.5 out of ten. now, to what i am actually using it for...i have several dash cams and trying to point them in a straight line down the road can be frustrating considering the size of the screen on most of them. the biggest i have is maybe 3 inches diagonally. looking at them is like looking at something only slightly bigger than the end of a pack of cigarettes and we're talking regular, not king size smokes. when is use the camera HD outlet and hook it up to this TV, i get a much bigger picture so that i can see where to turn the camera for the best picture of the road. with this TV i can narrow the look down to sixteenths of an inch (up/down and left/right) and that's hard to beat. with this TV to set my cameras i don't have to strain my eyes trying to adjust them. as far as channels go i was able to pick up about 10-12 with the antenna attached. since i live in a semi-rural area i didn't expect to get a ton anyway. hey people, you could do worse. good price (free shipping too) for a good product.

I bought this TV as a gift for a homeless friend. He watches it every day sitting on a neighbors porch. At night he takes it to where he sleeps. He told me the battery last about 1 1/2 hours. Where we live we don't pick up many channels with the provided antenna so I bought another that is made to mount outside but is small enough for him to carry with him. The remote seems to work just fine. Some reviews I have seen said the remote didn't last but I have not seen this to be the case. I bought this tv previously and the screen went out but the seller replaced it with no problems. I love the sturdy stand on this tv. It is made much better than one I bought and sent back because it had a plastic stand that I felt would break. I put some tv shows and movies onto a USB stick and gave it to my friend also. He just loves the tv.

Actually, I just got it and played with it. Very easy to set up (even without reading the manual) I bought it to be a monitor for a vcr/dvd burner but I actually got a couple of channels. Picture looks good and should be perfect to monitor transfers.
