Very much helpful
The media could not be loaded. I had a balance problem due to nerve damage in right ear. Dr prescribed me foam board exercise. This one helped me a lot. Thank you!

Does not match the description at all.
Very disappointed with the product as the mat is very hard, and not suitable for balancing at all. I have asked for it to be returned.
