An "8" back brace will help to correct the posture from a broken clavicle. The pain won't be resolved until the bone develops a solid union. Your posture will never return to normal unless you have the fracture corrected through elective surgery For that, you'll be getting a plate with 8 screws on your clavicle. I'm speaking from personal experience: broke my right clavicle March 29, 2002; had it corrected August 1, 2003.

Really helped me sleep with my rotator cuff

Really helped me sleep with my rotator cuff, and comfortable as well. I would definitely recommend this shoulder brace for the purposes I have used it for. The only reason it's 4* and not 5 is that the securing Velcro starts be less effective over time.
