Fit perfectly

It’s a perfect item for my 2020 Silverado 1500 speaker swap. Very easy to install.

This fit my 2014 Chevy Silverado. I was able to use any 6 x 9 speaker I wanted with this attachment.

For the 2018 Silverado they fit pretty good, not as snug as the factory speakers. They do however have screw holes in the bottom for a nice tight fit. I used a couple self tapping screws and some double sided tape. They greatly improved the bass response of component 6x9s, “sealing” the door compartment nearly becoming some form of a box. I wish they would have come with hardware. I would not have been upset to pay a few more dollars for the proper bolts or screws. I used #10 -24x3/4 machine screws they worked fine with a touch of lock tight to make sure they wouldn’t loosen over time.

These ended up working great. Fit and no rattling sounds. I ended up using some self tapping screws to secure my speaker in it. The holes didnt exactly line up. So drilled my own little small ones. Im guessing each speaker is different fitting. But I'm happy. Good price!

I likes the fact that these are specifically made for the application which makes it easier to upgrade the factory speakers. The only issues that I had was that the tolerances of the fitment could have been a little closer. I had no choice to put sound dampening material around the opening to ensure that the speaker didn't flop around in the door. Secondly only 2 of the mounting holes actually lined up for installation and the other 2 had to be drilled to secure the speaker properly. With that said the positive thing is that these are made of a much more rigid material that most other brands out there. Another plus is that they seem to be almost the exact height for mounting, which leaves very little gap between the speaker and the door panel. I added 1/4 × 1/4 inch weather stripping to seal that gap to help with door panel vibrations. Overall a good product.

love them . they fit perfect on my 2015 gmc sierra crew cab front & passenger door. just like factory made. just have to screw the bottom to truck if you want more tight fit.

It does the job but it would be nice if it came with screws
