**Q: Can this knife cut through frozen meat?**
A: Yes it can but you need to be very careful and very skilled using a cleaver as with most frozen meat it could glance off leading to serious injury!

**Q: Can this cut through bone? Like oxtail?**
A: I haven't tried cutting through bone, but I am sure its good enough. I'm very pleased so far with its quality. Be careful they are very sharp

**Q: Will this cleaver cleave a sweet potato in half on one go?**
A: Yes it can

**Q: What is the actual length of the cutting edge and overall length of the chopper, including handle**
A: Hi, I didn't end up buying the chopper, so can't help I am afraid. I got one from Lakeland as I was able to handle it and feel the balance. Regards.
