I have now used it for 4 months and love it! I love the fact that you can make it "flat" for specific mixing tasks and it also makes washing the wisk so much easier! Never realized that having the middle position option can replace the need for having a small sized whisk for those tiny jobs, like whisking an egg in a fairly small and shallow bowl. The whisk feels very comfortable in my hand and the handle has some weight to it which makes mixing/whisking easier, for lack of a better word. One thing that irritates me is that when washing, water gets into the handle and I have to be mindful and make sure I shake it out before putting it away, otherwise it will get moldy over the time. I understand that the handle has this "flaw" because of it's ability to rotate the whisk into different positions. I hope in the future they redesign the handle so water won't get inside.

I love having this as a 2 in 1. Scrapper and whisk!!! It's amazing!!! Stores so nice and flat, no more bulking whisk taking up space!!! The scrapper is nice to have so I don't have to pull a spatula out and get another dish dirty. Very smart!!!

I've bought collapsible whisks before, and they were nested plastic loops which easily fell apart when whisking anything with bulk, like muffin batter. This whisk does not flatten or fall apart when blending muffin batter, and feels great in your hand.

The listing wasn’t great as I was wondering if there’s going to get food in the inner handle. I went ahead and purchased as it was on sale for $13+.So here are the pictures for the Flisk comparing to my old version (discontinued) Joseph Joseph Twist Whisk which could be taken apart.I’m not sure how many washes will the clear silicone type imbedded in between in the middle of the whisk could hold well to keep food out. Also the handle twist part isn’t removable and may get food in between. Waiting for the water to dry in between the plastic handle was the major flaw for this. Anyone know? Please write a review.My Joseph Joseph whisk’s silicone has cuts and can’t be repaired or replace since the company discontinued the older version.

It is on the larger side but I chose it because I only wanted one in the kitchen, small space so I am selective in my purchases for it. I really like this one being able to open and close it means it is easy to store, clean, and use. If something was to ever happen to it, I would replace it with this exact one again.

The flisk whisk is the whisk you want.It’s durable, easy to use, and easy to store. I’ve had mine for a year and no issues! This one was a gift for Christmas. It actually makes you excited and happy you got a whisk for Christmas. Would recommend
