The media could not be loaded.  If you like to get a good sweat going... this is it!! This is the third one I've tried and it's a winner. For me, it's the heat. It's heats up and holds the heat. It's small, but they have a larger size if that's important to you. It comes with a chair, remote control and a mat to put on the floor base of the sauna. It was the most easy to assemble, but it wasn't difficult. I would recommend assembling the base first, place it in the sauna tent, and then build up from there. I turned on the unit, put on NY workout clothes and it was hot when I came back. I let quite a bit of steam out getting in, but it heats back up fairly quickly! I'm not really one to leave reviews, but this deserves one! (The video was recorded for a friend, not for a review, so please excuse the lack of professionalism! I wanted to detox from a night of good drinks and not healthy food!)30 minutes later, I was full of sweat and super relaxed! There's also a little window if you need a breather but don't want to get out!

I wanted to use this a few times and decided to write a review. When I first used this I was confused about the digital screen, I contacted seller and they responded quickly with an explanation. The 2 numbers on the left indicate the time, the one I purchased goes to 60min, the number on the right indicates the heat level. An example of the display: 458 is how it reads, 45 would be the time, 8 would be heat level. All adjustable with remote or on unit. Aside from that confusion, i assembled by myself, super easy. I use a plastic patio chair inside, it’s a smaller one so it fits perfect and more comfortable for me. I’m 5”2 so I don’t need much leg room, a taller person may have to find what seating would be a better fit. It gets really hot, sweating within 10-15min depending on the level. I love that I can use essential oils inside the pot as well! When I’m done I wipe the inside with a towel, use a chip clip to clip the floor mat on the ceiling pipe and place a fan in front of open door to dry it completely. Underneath the mat will get wet and I don’t want any mold to form so I found simple solutions to avoid those issues. I love this sauna, I use it every other day and have found it’s helped with my allergies. As time goes on I know I will see and feel all the other benefits of using a sauna. I’ve had it for about a month so far, would def recommend this purchase! :)))

This is a solid home startup sauna. Temp feels great, incredible sweat sessions after my workouts. Only complaint is the steam unit shuts off after a couple minutes, right before pushing steam into the enclosed space. Once you pickup and "drop" the steamer 1/4" it starts right back up. Bad wiring? Bad smart board? No idea, but worth the money and I'm 5' 10". Sitting is my best option!Update 5/29/22:Unit stays on the whole time, just needed to pull the internal plug and reconnect. I've zipped tied a thermometer in the upper corner and it doesn't read show Temps reaching higher than 120 F. Great addition to my fitness journey.

It doesn't get any more basic than this. It's a zip up tent with a small electric boiler that you hook up to a tube in the tent. The chair isn't very good or comfortable but I didn't buy this for the chair. I'm using a small outdoor ottoman from a patio furniture set which is good enough. Just for safety reasons I took the boiler apart to inspect it and see how it was built. There is a thermal overload if this device ever does get too hot or runs out of water. That will be the failing point if your water boiler ever stops working. Not a big deal though as these things are replaceable if you're out of warranty.I'm using mine indoors I can usually get it up to about 100 to 103° which is plenty hot for me. My primary purpose for this unit was to increase my internal temperature only slightly while getting a good sweat going at 20 minute intervals on different days. I've used it about 10 times and it still seems to heat up just as quickly as it did as day one. Usually within 15-20 minutes I'm ready to get in. Even faster if you preheat your water in the microwave and add it to the boiler.

I ordered this product 4 months ago, it was easy to put together, easy to use. The steam pot puts out a medium level of heat on its maximum setting, but it is adequate for what it is. I am disappointed in the poor quality of the steam pot - it broke in 4 months, not good.

I was skeptical initially about purchasing this kind of apparatus without viewing it in person. I have used this product at least 6 times within the past 2 weeks since my purchase and am AMAZED. My son actually put it together for me in less than 15 minutes and only had to refer to the visual instructions. The temperature is great and it really feels spa-like. I used to belong to a very exclusive fitness club that has great facilities. Since COVID, I have not frequented these kinds of facilities because of the number of people that use them. This product is perfect and fits nicely in small spaces. I truly feel like I have had a spa treatment and the great thing is the price! It is well worth the purchase. Easy to clean and I like the fact that you can convert it to a half-body or whole body. The one improvement if any to be made is the ability to have a speaker in it for music but I simply put my smartphone right outside of it nearby so I could really have a spa moment. Great product and I recommend 1000%. Especially for people who are working in high-stress environments.

Very tiny, uncomfortable chair. Unit burned out in a month and controller after a few uses and plastic is so thin it broke off when trying to change the battery on the remote. Good concept, but poorly made steamer unit.
