Should i use on a honda?

Not recommended by Honda. Some manufactures that use identical parts recommend their own fluids (e.g. 5l50e transmissions used by both GM and BMW) so it might be ok but Honda fluid is readily available and cheap so I wouldn't risk it.

Will work on gmc yukon 2010 slt

It worked fine in our 2008 corvette. Not sure if you have to drain out old fluid first. Our cars came with syn fluid.

will this work in a 1966 Corvette 427 390 hp?

This is a thin winter formula I would not use in a big block because of heat build up.
