Unfortunately it didn’t work for me.

I have tried everything under the moon for my insomnia and these help the best. They do not put me to sleep but helps relax me enough to try and get myself to sleep.

I love this brand and got this supplement to try to help sleep better. I usually take something that has tryptophan or melatonin in very low doses - as a sleep aid to use once in a while. Because this particular sup. is melatonin free, I wasn't sure how this would work and how quickly my body will recognize its effects - but seriously - I finished the whole bottle and nothing happened. It has been a month! Am I that overwhelmed? Because taking valerian root on its own does pleasantly over time help me relax here and there or st. johns wort supplements. I cannot attest to this working or providing relaxation or better quality sleep. Strangely. However all of the ingredients are there that I would normally in one combination or another have taken before and they have worked. Hope this helps and hope this works for someone who is seeking restful sleep ?
