The characters Ian and Emily seemed to communicate about everything. It was to see Emily tease poor Ray throughout the story to a great climax and slight twist in the end. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not sure it shouldn't be five. *by R***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 17, 2022* Wife developes a crush on a young handsome coworker and teases husband wit her flirtatious interaction with him. They use fantasy as an aphrodisiac in the bedroom with "WOW" results! Things progress to a date night where they are going to pretend to meet at a bar flirt then hookup as if the first time! Confusion reined when she sees her "Crush" they and her husband hiding to see what she will do. She decides to test how far her husband will let her go until she suddenly doesn't see h any more and calls his work phone and he answered! The story gets better after she gets home and had to confront him with what she did with her crush thinking he was watching! This is, after all, a hotwife story,, so you can guess where this is headed. Not quite as much angist as I would like but enough to hint at the dangerous game they are playing. I liked this and rereading is just as enjoyable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ian's Obsession makes both books 10 times better. The slow burn buildup to the last scene was delicious and the scenes very hot. Reading this along with Kenny Wright's Because He's Watching: Ian's Obsession makes both books 10 times better. The characters were will written and flesh out that you could clearly see the emotions going through their minds. Must read for fans of wife-watching.*********SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT********At first I was a bit wary of Emily, she already was openly flirting with and was attracted to Ray, wasn't doing much to deter his advances and seemed to encourage them. I figured she was already on a slippery slope to infidelity. But I relaxed as the story progresses, while it doesn't take much convincing on Ian's part to get her to agree, she did show strong self control and courteous of how Ian was doing with this. Then I started to get wary again when Emily started to eagerly instigate interactions without Ian's consent, but at least would tell Ian afterwards; and then she starts to fall for Ray and starts doing things for him and I figured this was heading towards train wreck territory.At the end Emily pretty much embraces this new side of herself and eagerly throws herself at Ray. Even pulls in Brian who she knew for a couple hours to tag team her and before going home to Ian she has one more quickie, bareback creampie that she doesn't tell Ian about.But in the end she does choose her family over Ray and avoids him for remainder of his week. Ian apparently picks up on how dangerous it got at the end, or didn't like it as much as he thought and decides once is enough and to never bring it up again.But is that really wise? What happens if Ian and Emily lose this new found closeness, goes back to being routine, back to Emily feeling unattractive? Can Emily really close the door on this newly awakened side of her? Judging by the ending apparently not, Emily can't forget it or Ray and secretly scratches her itch through the video Ian made and is more aggressive with flirting with other men. Will she keep pushing a little more each time before she finds herself in a spot she can't resist?
