TVS Silencer Coating Spray for Bike, Prevent Rust and Leak, Diesel wash Resistance (160g)

I applied the TVS silencer coating directly on a custom-made stainless steel exhaust, using 2-3 coats. The application was smooth, and so far, the coating seems quite durable. It has adhered well without signs of peeling or fading, even after some use. Overall, it looks and performs well, especially for the price.

Excellent color, shade, and matte look. Great coverage, fairly easy to apply. Made by 3M which is great.Only gripe for me the quantity was a bit less but this is simply because it was my first time ever using a spray paint can and i believe i wasted a little during the first coat.The good way as another reviewer had put it is:First coat very light..try to cover all the area without using too much paint. Let it sit and dry (the longer the better i feel).Then the second final coat.For me on the first coat unfortunately i pressed too much in certain areas trying to patch up and so i managed to get a couple of paint drip lines..damn. Also my can was too close to the target, keeping a bit of distance gives a nicer cleaner coat.Either way, really happy with the paint. Its been applied to a Honda CB exhaust pipe. I just about managed to do the whole pipe (2 coats) although even 50ml more of paint would have really sorted me out better.I let is dry outside for more than a couple of hours (spring weather, March, south india). Then installed pipe back, did a good test by running her hot, no smoke, no paint burning. Now its been few weeks already since the paint job, i riden the bike a lot since and in really hot conditions & it absolutely perfect.So, well pleased with the paint, quantity could be slightly more hence it lost one star in this review here.Can definitely recommend A+

Value for money.I have purchased this exhaust pipe paint for coating my rusted Yamaha FZX bike. After quality of paint application it was good. The amount of paint in spray is not adequate for two coating. I was able to apply for only one coat by the time it has finished.

The correct way to apply the coating is to remove the silencer from the bike, then clean it with soap water, dry it, then clean any rust with wire brush or sand paper.Then one light coat and then second heavy coat of paint should be applied.I have used it for the second time on my TVS Apache 200 4V silencer. The quantity is just enough for 2 coats. Quality of the spray paint is really good, makes it just like new.You can see the before and after in the pictures.

I bought this product for Coating my Honda Sp 160 motorcycle. This product having very less Quantity Single box is not Enough for Large Silencer coating. Price of this product is Sligtly high.

Ye color lagane ke baad toh bahut accha lagega per, jaise hi silencer heat hoga, after few days color jal ke rakh ho jayega.Color ke sath paisa bhi evaporate ho jayega...Bakwaas product hai ye...Genuenly say "Don't ever buy"...

Good for Apache buy 2 cans for double coating
