We constantly need little toys to entertain the cats and kittens in our shelter… Especially during adoption events when we are trying to get the attention of our little furbabies so they can interact with humans.

It falls apart after 3 or 4 uses. If you have a cat that is rough on toys this is not a product that will last.

My cat is very smart in many ways…When I use a normal wand he doesn’t go for what’s at the end of the hook (like a feather typically), he goes for the top where the string is hanging from like the pointy part so that he knows he’s getting its “prey” straight from its center. So I thought of getting this in hopes he enjoys it as well as for his safety. I can’t have him chasing around the pointy tip of the wand. I could accidentally poke his eye and damage it. No way! Because of the way this wand is design its much safer to play with! My only complaint is that the feathers are kind of lose. Fortunately my cat doesn’t eat it and he spits it right out. But if you’re cat is known to eat random items …I’d reconsider just a bit. I’ve tried pulling out what I can without too much force but even then he manages to rip a bit out when he’s playing. Otherwise it’s sturdy!

My cat loves these so much!! She prefers to play with these alone, but she loves to wrestle with the feathers and carry the whole wand around like prey. It works for me because the wand was too short for me to stand upright and play with her. She also gets scared when I hold the wand and shake the bell but she's fully confident with solo play. I rated the durability low because she's ripping out the feathers easily but it's such a good value for the cost that I'll still buy them again.

My cats love it. Only negative is i wish the stick was longer. Great value for money.

My cat loves feather wands, but be aware, some cats (including mine) might get a little too rough. Better to get longer wands.

I recommend shaking them off before play, as there were a few loose little feathers that kitty shouldn’t get ahold of.m, but other than that, they’re wonderful!
