Boswellia is a miracle for me. I thought I either had a hip injury or sciatica. I had an MRI and it really showed nothing was wrong. I went from being hardly able to walk to walking 3 miles without pain today! The entire month of May, I did no walking at all. Today is June 9th and I walked 3 miles! Still no pain!
