Pyramid International NBX - Jack's Head - Mug 3D 300ml, White Black

WHILST THE MUG LOOKS GREAT AND MY DAUGHTER LOVED IT UNFORTUNATELY AFTER USING FOR A NORMAL CUP OF TEA THE OUTSIDE OF THE MUG NOW HAS UGLY CRACKS ALL OVER. REAL SHAME AS MY DAUGHTER LOVED THE DESIGN.

Product arrived on time, however when my daughter opened the box she noticed the ceramic glaze was cracked all over the mug. The cracks are the type you see when a product is old or faulty, when she washed the inside of the mug further racks appeared on the 8 side glaze. Very poor quality and would guess these are seconds/faulty goods.We did complain to the retailer and have had a full refund.

Although the mug is very appealing, in my opinion the material is too light for a mug. It weights almost as a plastic mug, but it's not plastic, and that gives a feeling of being a weak product. Also, the cardboard box it comes into, states that it's a 500ml mug, where in fact it is a 380ml mug, which is misleading.

I returned this item as the paintwork was cracked all over and it also had chips in the handle.
