Do the have not slip bottom sole? I have Clark’s that have almost rubber bottoms which is great for work.

Clarks tend to run narrow, I have found. I have WIDE feet, with a high arch, and have found the 6W is a perfect fit for me - but some other shoes the 6M is just fine.
