This item is perfect size, value, thickness and functionality. If you can, buy this item from this seller rather than the box stores that charge more for less.

We use in our barbeque and it is a good value for the money. The paper prints well.

Paper Quality is Great. Print is clearly visible on both copies. I am using it in my restaurant kitchen and it’s a perfect fit for my business needs. Both white and yellow paper layers are thick and crisp. Packing is great. They are shrink wrapped. Easy to take it out and easy to use.

Description says it has a warning red mark to let you know paper is about to run out. The only thing we saw on 1 roll were 3 squiggly barely visible lines on the back of the yellow side. It does not warn you at all that the paper is about to be out. This really hurts when you knee deep in orders....

I have purchased this product 18 times for my restaurant over the last three years. It has always been great, but the last two cases were not the same product. The rolls were smaller and the yellow layer was all discolored already making it hard to read what is printed. I have contacted the seller; I will update this review if they make the return/replacement process simple. UPDATE: They acknowledged there was a quality control issue, and immediately provided a refund.

Only 6 of the rolls in this package have the red "warning strip" that alerts us that the ticket printer paper is about to run out. Which we discovered today when we ran through one of the rolls without the red strip, and had no idea that we were out of paper and missing orders during our lunch rush. Of course, the return window closed yesterday, so we are now out the cost of the paper as well as what we had to comp the customers who had a long wait for their lunch today. All in all, this case of paper cost us about $200 and probably some customers as well. I'm pretty unhappy about this--what are we supposed to do, unroll every roll of printer paper and check to make sure it's not defective as soon as we receive the case? Never again.
