I've been getting the random milia spots on my forehead or cheeks over the last 5 years or so. I'll admit I've poked at them, scraped them, tried extracting them with sharp tools, used exfoliants, everything. Bought this on a whim thinking what's the worst that could happen. After using it as a spot treatment once a day (at night before bed) for a few days, I scratched my milia and it literally popped out like a piece of sand was sitting on top of my skin. I was so shocked I ran to a mirror and saw a hole where the milia was! For me the milia starts to come to the surface a little more each day until I randomly scratch it and it comes off in my nail. This has been super effective and I will continue to use this for all milia issues.

I was a skeptic! I am hollistically inclined, with a sister nurse who works in dermatology. Even she was impressed. I used it for my 9 year old son, who gets so many on his face and eyelids, and it smooths them out within a day of use and even better within a week of consistent use. The milia was almost gone when we ran out bc it leaked as I put it in my diaper bag once and my son “closed” it, but I think not all the way. Otherwise, it does seal just right.It works better than melaleuca (tea tree) and any other product I have used. It had the consistency of gooey, clear water. There is a slight smell to it, but my son never catches it, though I do. It almost reminds me of peroxide or tea tree. Very clean smell, not necessarily pleasant. I think it’s an essential to have on hand. It can diminish some pretty big milia or several at once.

My son had about 12 small white milias on his eyelid and after 60 days 70% have gone!! I’m guessing by day 90, they will all have Disappeared. This is with applying twice a day.

Works great

This Mila Spot Treatment seems to work well but very slowly. I have used it for over three weeks already. I noticed that the deep Mila spot on my face started to fade away a little bit. I hope the active ingredient can be more potent so I can easily peel off the Mila spot on my face quicker. Please inform me when you carry a new Mila Spot Remover that will get rid of the Mila Spot much faster. I will continue to use this product until new products are available. In conclusion, this product I purchased still works great and as expected. Thank you for selling a great product at a reasonable price.Andy Cheung - NY

This haven't worked for me

While refreshing, the effectiveness is questionable.

I have had milia on and off for the past few years. Typically on both eyes, typically right near the eyelash line. The one I was battling specifically had been there for about three or four months. Maybe it was about to come out or maybe using this product twice a day for about 10 days did the trick. Either way it’s about 99% gone. I did not take any pictures, but I am very happy that the hard bump is now just skin. I will continue to use this and apply when I see any other potential milia. No smell, no reaction, easy to apply.

This is my 2nd purchase. Has been using this product since May. The milia on my face is slightly smaller. Hopefully my milia will disappear as they have been on my face for many years :)

Was hoping for a more effective result but the result is mild. My milia is smaller in size but I used this together with the milia face scrubbie. I used this once a day. No stinging sensation but the serum glides on smoothly. Thought might feel some of it working but no feeling. It’s cool feeling though. Efficacy is average for me. Could be better.
