The liners are machine washable and I've not needed to launder them yet. I was a bit surprised when they arrived as they reminded me of ultra thick paper toweling. The quality of the print design is that of what one would find on paper towels and I thought it would be a step up from that. The liners seem to work fine. They are easy enough to cut to size and I mostly used them in the refrigerator drawers. Our refrigerator is counter depth and perhaps our drawer depths are more shallow than that of one that is full size. Rather than cut them all to fit, I folded the liners to avoid so much waste...decided there would be more absorbency that way.
