not what it looks like.

I have an older roller that looks like the picture. but when i got the new ones in the mail, It was not like the one I have or like the picture. I'm very disappointed. The one that came was not like my older one it's to bulky to use and the tubes slide off. the older one I have has the rubber piece in it to hold the tube, the newer one is all plastic and it just slides off...I could have saved myself the shipping cost, and just got them at the smoke shop if I wanted that style but I was looking for the style I have.....And there is no return label or nothing in the package about the order .......
