Have been taking this since Oct 2017, and I believe it works on my cholesterol, I have improved levels since I started it. I also know that it is beneficial if you are taking statins which deplete that nutrient. The supplier cares about the quality of his products. Overall, I highly recommend it. The supplier is nice to deal with, I went on auto ship, he checks in via email from time to time.

Found it difficult to find a veggie cap w/ higher quality ingredients etc including Ubiquinone.Note: Might be too high a dose for me..am not sure if was due to Co-Q 10, but I got a rash a little while after starting taking it - I read that some people may have that reaction. I also have been getting heart palpitations and not sure if this contributes.. in any case I stopped taking it.

We all know CoQ-10 us important for the heart. These capsules go down easy and are vegetarian to boot. I have had this on Subscribe and Save for some time now and makes it convenient and cost effective. After a friend had heart issues, the doctor recommended she take CoQ-10. I don't want to take that chance, so I will be taking this CoQ-10 beforehand. I take these in the morning before walking my dog. At my age, taking research verified supplements like CoQ10 help keep me going and active. I'm happy to find an effective and safely manufactured CoQ10 product.

I expected to notice increased energy right away. I didn't but I noticed my stomach felt better and other body systems feeling better. Its subtle but in about a week you will feel better.
