Active Noise Cancelling ANC Headphones Over-Ear Foldable Stereo Earphones with Microphone

These look like re-branded JVC HAS600B Around-the-Ear Foldable Headphone - Black (Discontinued by Manufacturer)Except they're almost 2x the price of the JVC version.The difference I see is inclusion of an "85% noise reduction" feature and the ability to use with a cell phone.
