Back support
Very comfortable and a great support for my back, nice thick cushion that bounces back in to shape when not in use

Good quality
Ordered 4 of these. They came individually boxed, in sealed plastic sleeves. Really well packaged and look like good quality. Very soft and fit our chairs well - the strap is adjustable.

Not sure
I am a 5ft 2” female carrying too much weight around the middle. I suffer with lower back pain which I put down to sleeping on my front. I bought this cushion to train myself to sleep on my side or back. I find The cushion doesn’t help for sleeping on my back at all. It supports the arch well but is not relaxing. It might be useful for a comfy stretch now and again I suppose, but no good for sleeping (for me at least) as it’s too bulky and stretches my spine too much. It’s a much better fit on my side, shaped in such a way it would help me stay on my side should I fall asleep. With a cushion also between the legs I feel a neutral alignment. If I can get the lumbar cushion in the right place to begin with (on my side) I find it comfy for about 5 minutes or so but just get irritated by it after that. It feels firmer to me the longer I rest on it which is frustrating and disappointing but then I naturally want to sleep on my front, so taking that into consideration along with being overweight might be why I can’t get along with it. If your thinking about it, I would say, give it a go. Especially if you are slim or of a smaller build. This one does seem cooler and softer than other’s I’ve tried. It appears to be of good quality.

Don't sleep without it
At first it seemed to not help at all, but I thought that maybe I just needed to adjust to it.After about a week or so of powering through I honestly can't sleep without it.

Comfortable support
Just received this today. It feels well made and sits comfortably at the bottom of my seat back. I was experiencing back pain at the point where my back was not in contact with the base area of my car seat back. Only used it for a short journey but the relief of my lower back pain was quite noticeable. The only niggle and the reason for not giving a 5star was the retaining strap. My car is a medium small family car and it was quite a struggle to fit the strap as it is quite short at fullest extension. If you have large car seats, you'll need to find something with which to extend the strap.

A fantastic lumber stretcher.
I have been using this lumbar support for over 3 weeks now, mainly as a lumbar stretcher when I get into bed on a night and for a short spell before I get up. With an aging spine I have tried a variety of lumbar rolls but this one is by far the most comfortable. I like the fact I can move it up and down my spine depending on the area I want to stretch. As for the morning stretch, it has enabled me to get out of bed without any of the customary stiffness. I will be trying it out in the car for my next long journey as it is so comfortable.
