Read thoroughly before purchasing
Apparently I did not see that this glue gun only takes 4" mini long glue sticks. I have hundreds of glue sticks, but they are all bigger for regular size glue guns, ugh. If I knew this, I never would have purchased this and I can't send it back bcuz I had an emergency glue gun use, grr

Not as great as I thought
I’m a crafter and was excited to get a cordless hot glue gun. Only to find out that yes it is nice BUT it doesn’t fit a standard full size glue stick- the hole looks like it would fit a mini but those are too small- so I had to use the ones provided w the gun. However the trigger doesn’t always work and the glue doesn’t flow through. There is little or no control w the trigger. I had to literally push the glue stick manually most of the time bc for whatever reason the glue sticks that were sent w the gun weren’t working. It’s not the best but not the worst. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great for craft like projects but not hefty enough for serious work.
Nice neat little hot glue gun, does all it claimed but is not quite heavy duty enough to the work I need to do. But for small craft like projects it would be just fine. Also it uses 7 mm glue sticks which it did not make clear in the listing. The glue sticks would have needed to be ordered separately.

Good for small jobs
I like it because it is cordless and heats fast, I find less than thirty seconds -- no more messing with cords and long waits for heat up. Good for occasional use on fine work and short jobs. Sits upright and does not require a separate stand. LEDs give information on charge and heat status. Not appropriate for heavy or prolonged use.

Outstanding customer service.
I already wrote a review praising the customer service folks for getting me a fast replacement for my defective glue gun. I have to make an addendum.Today in the mail I received 100 additional glue sticks from Wertough at no charge. Wow! What a great company. Others could take a lesson from them.Any product can have a problem. The sign of a great company is one that goes the extra mile to make their customers happy. This company does that.
