What The Thumb?!
For some reason my old boss thought THIS would be an appropriate Secret Santa gift for me a few years ago... (keep in mind I'm a 28 year old man and she was a fifty-something y/o woman and we worked at a bank....) Not only is it the dumbest toy on earth it also resembles something you'd find in an ADULT toy store and not the local K B Toys which happened to be going out of business (with inventory like this, no wonder). On a side note, Thumb Thing made me realize that I seem to have the stubbiest thumbs ever which gave me a complex. Thumb Thing is no match for small kids with under-developed thumbs. Stop the madness Mattel, and get a grip.

... The kids love it. It makes noise, it says, thumb thing, thumb thing over and over and it maddening to listen to as kid after kid uses it. I did not realize it made noise! I wish it did not... For the little I paid, it has lasted 10 kids playing a week with it so far and is in fine shape. ...
