Perfect cuff!
The cuff was the perfect size. It worked perfectly with my blood pressure machine. There were a lot of adapters to make it easy to find the right fit. Great buy!

Works with our Omron BP791IT and BP786 machines and is easy to put on.
I bought one first to make sure it would work with our Omron BP791IT and it did and so I bought another one to use with our Omron BP786 and it works with that as well. Our arms are too small for the stiff and hard to apply cuffs that come with the Omrons but these are very easy to put on and the 791 says that it is adjusted properly every time unlike the old Omron cuff. I used the connectors from the old Omron cuffs.

Great size but DOES NOT fit CVS branded blood pressure monitors
It comes with a lot of adapters but none fit my CVS branded blood blood pressure monitor. However the instructions in the box suggested to use the original plug in piece if none of the adapters fit, and that was perfect! I’m glad they suggested that because I otherwise would have returned it.

Works perfectly
Perfect. My blood pressure monitor cuff was too small, and this allowed me to continue using the blood pressure monitor I already had, rather than having to buy a new one. The adapter fit my monitor perfectly.

Good product
Perfect to use for a larger upper arm. Using a cuff that does not fit properly will affect accuracy of readings. It comes with multiple attachments to ensure proper fit with your machine

Big Arm Fit
Works great for large, thick, or chubby arms with room to spare. It is likely easily interchangeable with a variety of home blood pressure monitors as it comes with a small package of ends. This one was used with the iHealth Track Smart Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor.

Flabby arms BE-AWARE
Warning! If your arm has a lot of fat deposits like mine (18-19 inches circumference and flabby), your upper arm blood pressure readings may be less accurate than a wrist cuff. There are medical studies spurred by bariatric surgeons (found through Science Direct dot com) that have clearly shown that for the morbidly obese populations, an upper arm cuff is not the best measure. Depending on your individual physiology, perhaps the least accurate method of determining your blood pressure.Blood pressure cuff sold here seemed well made with no defects noted in operation. It works like the extra large cuff reluctantly dug out of some drawer at the doctor’s office.I’ve tried this XL upper arm cuff in a number of positions, consulted professional videos, have endured extreme pain (9/10 +) and my blood pressure readings have been the same laughably high readings often received in a medical setting.Medical staff are trained to tell you that upper arm BP measurement is the only accurate measurement. This is simply not true. There is an intravenous method done rarely in medical/surgical settings that is the gold standard. For this reason we know that all other devices have their limits in manufacture and method of use.Wrist monitors can modestly skew towards a higher systolic on the general population, but for larger arms of a higher fatty composition, they are much more accurate and reliable. Your average doc is probably not aware of this either.I encourage you to take control of how you are processed in this medical system by figuring this out for yourself.Me and my flabby arms have personally given up on upper arm monitors for the following reasons:1. Upper arm readings vary considerably from minute to minute2. Readings are inexplicably much, much higher than the wrist monitor by an average of 20-50 mm HG3. Cuff inflation causes extreme pain ( 9/10 or more — in the realm of giving birth or passing kidney stones). It is unfortunate that medical staff is trained to dismiss your pain and your concerns. Their contracts with medical institutions often doesn’t allow them to change strategies. Some of them are disgusted by your obesity and could care less. The better docs discount the findings somewhat but don’t have time to get into it.You cannot subjectively guess at your blood pressure by the way you feel, so you need an objective and reliable method for monitoring. It is up to you in the end to figure this out. Don’t give up on yourself — do continue to monitor yourself and track your results the best way you can.

Excellent cuff, fits well, seems accurate
I bought this to replace the cuff on my new BP machine that was hard both in material and to put on arm, it did not fit right and was not giving me accurate readings at times and it was pretty useless to me,This cuff is soft, easy to put on arm and works much better than the cuff that came with my machine, it was well worth getting.I preferred getting a better cuff than buying another new BP monitor with maybe the same cheap cuff as the one on my BP monitor. I made the right choice for me.
