Big, comfortable, but QC/engineering issues
Sturdy and roomy with high back and fully covered sides, ideal for breezy nights by the fire pit or campfire. Not so good is the poorly engineered joints connecting the upper back and arm assemblies (see photo). Nuts came loose, with one falling off, on both of ours. In addition, the inside pocket on one chair was sloppily sewn and came loose almost as soon as it was used. I like the configuration, but not the things that fell apart. Would not buy this brand again. Updating 2/22: Now the rear of one of the seats has split open at the seam, exposing the padding. While it appears that the chair is still safe to use, it's unsightly and another example of poor construction quality. We are not amused. Update 3/22: BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Given the problems we had had with the chairs, finally contacted the seller via Amazon. Received a very prompt, courteous and helpful reply. The seller worked with us to resolve our situation, followed up repeatedly, and made sure that things turned out satisfactorily. A refreshing turn in this day and age; one couldn't ask for more.

Decent but a little overpriced
Initial impressions (if anything changes after using a few times, Iβll update):Itβs a decent chair. In the photo I set it next to my cheap $7 chair from Walmart that Iβve had for 5+ years and put through the camping/fishing wringer. Itβs a tiny bit shorter, but Iβm short anyway. The frame and feet are exactly the same as the Walmart chair, aside from the modified arm shape. The fabric is only slightly better quality, but is double layered to hold the thin batting inside. You canβt feel the cushioning, but I bought it for the arm style; Iβm hoping it will hold a little more heat near my body during cold nights in the mountains by the fire. Frankly, I think itβs overpriced at $35, especially for not having a cup holder, but it was the cheapest one of this style I could find and I wanted one that wouldnβt take up a bunch of space to store. And I used a gift card, so oh well.

So spacious and comfortable- be weary of cupholder
Ok, so my husband is approximately 250 pounds, a little overweight but not considerably considering his height. However, he has broken at least 5 chairs in the past 2 summers of bonfires and kids sports games. Plus, he was always uncomfortable in those chairs. I bought him this for his birthday, and he loves it. He sits in it outside in lieu of our regular iron chairs and it shows no signs of damage. It has been brought to numerous sporting events and sometimes I will sit in it with my daughter (it is huge!!). Only minor complaint is that there is no true drink rest. There is a side bag for cans, but they typically spill unless you are considerably careful- and who is when camping?? Add a real cupholder and I will order one of these every few years for life!! It is SO comfortable.

Chintzy - 10 uses and already falling apart
I will be adding photos laterIt was time to replace our 15 year old Sam's Club chairs, so my wife came to Amazon and found these chairs. Considering the reviews and price of these chairs she supposed they were going to be an excellent choice.First 3 UsesAfter the first 3 uses ( at a kids soccer games ) the corner/boarder material started ripping apart from the main seating material.Next 5 UsesWe then used these chairs in our yard at our fire pit, at that point the nuts and bolts securing the main support pieces started falling off making the hinge pieces not fold up correctly and causing the chair to no longer be sturdy.ComfortAside from the poor design or lousy craftmanship, these chairs are extremely comfortable to sit in. It's like sitting in a nice living room arm chair... but if it doesn't last for more than 10 events, who caresFeaturesThe drink holders hold your beverage at an angle, which is terrible design. Not sure about you, but when I crack a beer or make a mixed drink, I like to drink it all, not place it in my cup holder and watch it spill outCustomer ServiceAfter the first 3 sits, which was approximately 20 days or so, we messaged the seller to let them know the chairs are falling apart. To my knowledge we didn't receive any response... and lets face it, one of the biggest reasons I shop on Amazon is the Customer ServiceSummationYou might as well go to Ace Hardware, Harbor Freight or Walmart and buy one of those $20 aluminum/canvas chairs that have cup holders and side tables. What an absolute waste of money
